Outplacement has a number of steps and the overall purpose is to ensure the following benefits:

Outplacement coaching is a planned approach to assist each individual find the right new position in the shortest possible period of time.
Outplacement coaches are not recruitment consultants. Our role is to guide each individual in their job search (using techniques learned through years of experience) and provide them with support and administrative back-up during the search: to assist them in finding a job, not to find it for them. They remain in control throughout the job search. We are a management resource which to will use just as you would use other resources through your career.

Evaluation and Career Planning.
