We offer a full range of career coaching services.
These include:

• career guidance
• job skills evaluation
• career evaluation
• manager training
• preparing for change and retrenchment
• partner/spouse/family counselling and careers advice
• active retirement and business planning

These programs are mainly offered in the form of one-to-one programs but we can offer one and two day job skills workshops for up to ten people. The one-to-one programs are usually one month to six months in duration.

Interim consultants have held senior positions in management and are tertiary and professionally qualified. They are active Members or Fellows of the following professional bodies:

• Australian Institute of Company Directors
• Australian Association of Career Counsellors
• The National Association of Psychotherapists
• Association of Managers in Education and Development
• American Psychological Association
• University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association

We use local coaches in each region we deliver programs.
