We work with people who: have been retrenched; have elected Voluntary Redundancy; are in a redeployment pool; are uncertain about their future within a company; need support in positioning themselves for promotion; or are seeking career change.

People who have completed our programs have been successful in establishing themselves new careers, different jobs or moves within the company they work for and have succeeded because they:

• know their strengths.
• have realistic goals.
• understand the realities of the new, "information age" labour market and know how to "bundle" the work that is there to be done by them.
• know how to present themselves effectively both in writing and in person.
• know how to negotiate - do not feel obliged to accept a job at a lower compensation level because they happen to be unemployed/are facing job change.
